But with the right tools, strategies, and support systems in place, we can learn how to better cope with anxiety so that it doesn’t interfere too much with our daily lives. Here are 5 tips for managing anxiety, from a lady psychiatrist in Indore, in your daily life:

1) Practice mindfulness - Mindfulness is an important tool for managing stress and reducing anxious thoughts or feelings of overwhelm. Taking even just a few minutes each day to practice mindful activities such as meditation or yoga will help you become more aware of yourself and your emotions so that you can better handle them when they arise during stressful times throughout the day.

2) Get enough sleep - Getting enough restful sleep is essential for keeping both physical health as well as mental well-being in check; not getting adequate amounts of quality shut-eye could lead to increased levels of anxiety over time if left unchecked. Make sure you create an environment conducive to good sleeping habits by avoiding screens before bedtime, setting up regular wake/sleep cycles (even on weekends), etc., which should all help promote deeper restorative slumber at night time!

3) Exercise regularly – Regular exercise has been proven effective at helping reduce symptoms associated with mild-to-moderate depression & anxiety disorders alike; this includes improved mood regulation & cognitive functioning overall due to endorphins released while exercising!
